The Intermediate course builds on the foundational knowledge from the Beginner course, diving deeper into the capabilities of ChatGPT and its application in small business operations. Participants will explore advanced NLP concepts such as Named Entity Recognition (NER) and Topic Modeling and learn how to integrate ChatGPT with other business tools like CRM and social media platforms. The course features hands-on workshops where attendees will develop business-specific use cases, such as automating customer service and generating marketing content. This course equips participants with the knowledge and skills to leverage ChatGPT for more sophisticated and efficient business solutions.
